I tend to disagree with this in a setting outside of a game. However in the game there is no reason to get that worked up. No one should be so invested in whatever the hell they are doing that they start behaving like a belligerent ass. Because the only important thing about Guild Wars is fun. Everything else besides fun in the game is just pixels. If you're being a dick then no one is having fun. Which means your taking away the only thing in the game that matters.

I accept shouting during a match as long as it's not a personal attack, just you're doing it wrong etc. When it gets to the point people are upset and start to cry that's just way too far. However after the game I don't like to see rage, just say what you thought people did wrong in a nice coherent way so people can discuss it. Doing otherwise shows your lack of respect.

Haha, I've never cried in GW, but I can't count the times I've played HA with ppl how break down in tears and rage in the middle of halls. If anyone has ever ha'd with ARK, they know what I'm talking about.

My alliance doesn't deal with drama. Mostly because the people in it don't take everything very seriously. I have never heard anyone cry in our alliance during voice chat, although there have been heated discussions a few times. If someone is rude, or causes problems they usually leave or are booted because the game is meant to be fun. So I guess I'm saying I've never cried because of anyone on Guild Wars... though I feel sorry for those who have because it should happen. It's a game... those who take it that seriously obviously have issues they need to deal with. If you get pissed its time to just walk away and come back later.

I agree as long as the criticism is contructive and not delivered at the top of someones lungs peppered with insults. Getting worked up and overly emotional about a game is just silly, like I said, for me the only time one should be worked up enough to cry is if a "friend" is just being unreasonably mean.

Yes, my ex broke up with me several times on GW. Oh, and he also stalked me on GW for a while.

(No he's not 12, he's 19(Probably older now, but that was his age when he acted like he did). But he has some problems... Big ones.)

Yes, throught the game.

Stalk would be to try to find me in districts and then follow me around(I would usually leave unless i had to do something in the district), whisper me and tell me how much he hates me, how I stole his name Whuup Buumpuul(Which btw is a GUILD WARS BOSS and not by any means his name) or whisper my bf how ugly my breasts are.
